Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

The position is fully onsite in San Diego, providing an opportunity to engage directly with a dynamic team and customers. The pay is $21 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records, ensuring all interactions are documented appropriately.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery.
• Adapt to various customer situations and find appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
• Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve the overall customer service process.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
